Packing up

So today is my second blog. My oldest is moving home, he will be in Mike's room, packing his room and cleaning up has been a overwhelming, drowning feeling . It's done by I feel like it was a violation of his privacy. I feel guilty and relieved at the same time... Very confusing.  If you have any input or even read this it is appreciated.

The trauma

I've never really thought about blogging about just being a widow learning how to live alone again. I lost my love in June of 2021, he had a massive heart attack at just 49 yrs old. I watched him die twice, the pain has been unimaginable, the loss I feel is so great it swallowed me whole for a long time and still does. I wanted a place to help others and myself by telling the honest truth about losing a spouse.  Pain doesn't have a time line and sometimes it is so overwhelming I can't breath.... But here I am, living it something like it. I'm sure if you read this and are going through the motions you understand. I'm not a great writer, but I'm truthful and some say to much to the point. Idc I don't have anything to loose by curving my thoughts to please others. So .... I'm going to add daily to track my own progress and hopefully help someone else in this long journey. Feel free to comment or just speak up about your grief and what you feel.
